  7. Heat the cream in a saucepan over medium heat until boil and remove from the heat, pour over chocolate chips. Let aside for approx 2 minutes and then whisk mixture until smooth and the chocolate ganache is ready.
  8. Place the cake in a serving plate, pour ganache over the cake. Decorate the cake with own style.
