  4. In a large mixing bowl, add the whipping cream and vanilla essence then whip using a stand mixer with the paddle attachment on or a hand mixer on low speed for about 2 minutes or until soft peaks form.
  5. Divide the whipped cream equally into two.
  6. In the first half of whipped cream, add the condensed milk and fold it in gently using a spatula or a wooden spoon until evenly mixed.
  7. In the second half of whipped cream add in the coffee-chocolate mixture and again gently fold it in using a spatula until evenly incorporated.
  8. Transfer your ice-cream into an air-tight container/cover with cling flim. Place in the freezer for about 4-6 hours or overnight.
