  2. Prepare big spoon. Paneer grated
  3. Take big spoon. Cheese grated

  8. Take spoon.Green chilli chopped

Dip ravioli in sour cream mixture, then in bread crumb mixture to coat evenly. Place ravioli on nonstick baking sheet. Dip ravioli into melted butter, then into bread crumb mixture to coat evenly. Place ravioli onto nonstick baking sheet.

Steps to make Crispy Ravioli:

  1. Take a bowl add 1 bowl maida,1 spoon oil and salt mix it very well than add little little hot water as needed in it and knead it properly dough keep it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. In other bowl add paneer, cheese, green chilli, coriander, salt, Mari powder, oregano, chilli flakes mix it very well. Now from this mixture prepare small small balls one by one keep a side.
  3. Now take a dough divide it into equal portion. Take one portion roll it like chapati put mixture balls (3 balls) on one side of chapati sheet
  4. Now turn other side of sheet and cover each ball press all sides of ball.
  5. Now cut sheet with cutter in square shape. Press all side of every sheets very well. Prepare all sheets one by one.
  6. Take a bowl add 6 to 7 spoon maida add in water as needed to make slury. Prepare slury not too much thick or too much thin. Other bowl take bread curms.
  7. Now deep pasta in slury than coating with bread crumbs one by one keep a side.
  8. Heat oil in a pan. Add one by one pasta in it and fry it till golden brown. Ready crispy Ravioli. Serve it.

Mist a large, rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Place bread crumbs in a shallow bowl. Beat eggs in a separate shallow bowl. Ravioli alone is so yummy, but when you bread it in herbaceous breadcrumbs and crunchy Panko before frying, it just gets even better.
