Steps to make Butter Chicken:

  1. Wash & rinse the chicken pieces with fresh water for 2_3 times.
  2. In a grinder add cashews, chopped tomatoes,garlic cloves,green chillies & thin slices of onion.Grind to make a smooth paste.
  3. Pour butter in a karahi.When it heat,add tomato paste in it & cook on the low flame till.oil spreads from corners.
  4. Now add salt,red chilli powder & garam masala,mix well.add fresh cream & mix well.
  5. Add chicken pieces & mix well.
  6. Cover the karahi & cook on the low flame, Don't add water.In between check with the knife if chicken is properly cooked or not.If need add little water.
  7. When it is ready,put it in the seving bowl & serve hot with naan,onions & green chutney.
