The chicken is incredibly tender and injected with flavour from a yogurt marinade, and the Butter Chicken sauce is so ridiculously delicious, you'll want it on tap! Butter Chicken is an easy recipe that's full of savory flavor with warm spices. This mild curry has tender chunks of chicken simmered in a creamy spiced curry sauce. It's quick to make with chicken, tomato sauce, cream, and handful of pantry spices.

Steps to make Butter chicken:

  1. Add yougart in abowl mix salt and red chilli powder and garam masala
  2. Mix 1 kg boneless chicken cubes in yougart mixture, mix well.
  3. Marinate for 30 minutes
  4. When chicken marinate. Add 3 table spoon butter in a pan.Add marinated chicken cover and cook for 10 minutes or until chicken tender and oil saparated.
  5. 4 tabsp oil in a pan add onion soute for 1 minute add g g paste.fry 30 seconds
  6. Now add crushed green chilli and spices(salt red chilli powder cumin powder peprika powder and termaric).cook for 1 minute by addind little water.
  7. Add tomato puree cover and cook until tomatoes tender.
  8. Mix cream with milk whisk well.
  9. Open lid after 5 minutes.add cream and milk mixture gradually on low flame, mix.
  10. Now add marinated chicken
  11. Cook for 2 minutes.sprinklle 1 /2 tbsp crushed dry funegreek leaves(kutti hue dry qasoori methi).
  12. Now add in a bowl,garnish with dry funegreek leaves and cream.
  13. Serve hot with homemade naan roti qulcha.
