  5. Then mashed them
  6. Mix the ingredients in the mashed potatoes like salt.red chilli flakes.roasted cumin and coriander galrlic powder.origano.chilli garlic sauce
  7. Now take a wok add 2 tblspn oil add cumin and onion fry it
  8. Till it become translucent.
  9. Then add potatoes.stirr well.
  10. Take out.keep cool on room temperature
  11. Take out dough give punch and make it into 2 halves
  12. Make a roti in half portion spread pizza sauce
  13. Then add shreded cheese
