  2. For suji halwa: Heat ghee in a kadhai.Add suji to it and Roast the suji till it become fragnant and leaves ghee.Now water to it and mix well….Add sugar and eliachi n chopped nuts.. Keep stirring the halwa till it leaves ghee..
  3. For Puris..Mix all the ingredients and knead a soft dough..Make small chappatis of dough and fry them deep in refined oil šŸ™
