  6. Add the strained puree, salt, sugar and let it come to boil until butter ooze out.
  7. Add fresh cream, stir well and cook for 2 mins. Crush kasuri methi between your palms and add it to the gravy. Cook for another minute and switch off the flame.
  8. Shahi paneer is ready to be served. Serve hot with your favorite variety of Indian bread.
