  4. in a bowl whisk the eggs then add the milk and whisk them together then pour evenly into prepared pastry shells to 3/4 full . add a tomato slice then a few bits of silver beet then some of the capsicum and a little of the basil and oregano or basil and dill then sprinkle some feta cheese in it followed by little parsley and finished with pinch of salt and cracked pepper .
  5. place prepared little quiches in preheated over for 12-15 minutes or till egg mix is set . garnish with parsley and serve hot . enjoy . :-) .
