Meet my new favorite snack, spicy sweet potato hummus! It's brilliant orange and bursting with flavor, both savory and sweet. I've been eating it with everything: pita wedges, bite-sized vegetables, toasted bagels and quesadillas.

  2. Adjust to your taste, I added more sriracha

  4. I used stacy's naked pita chips for dipping
  5. Add more water if too thick.
  6. Patron on the rocks with lemon zest, awesome, enjoy

I also just love a good roasted chick pea… I know that isn't inherently Middle. I knew I was going to love it considering my love of sweet potatoes…and I also knew that I could make a big batch and freeze the leftovers for later in the month. This hummus recipe is the best ever! It's a slightly spicy take on a classic recipe and will soon become your go-to hummus recipe! You can also use cajun spice or even a dash of chili powder.
