  8. When masala leave oil and chicken is cooked then turn off heat and boil rice
  9. Drain water after rice is cooked
  10. In another pain add 1 teaspoon clarified butter and layer of rice then place another layer of chicken in the same way add layers and garnish few minutes and coriander leaves and also add yellow food colour mixed milk at least pour 2 tablespoon of clarified butter
  11. Now place and old tawa on stove and on it place biryani vessel and heat for 5 minutes under high flame then reduce flame and cook for 20 minutes is called dum
  12. After dum biryani ready for eat
