  4. Let that simmer on low for 40-60 minutes. (the longer it simmers, the better the sauce to tastes). Throughout the simmering process, if you think the sauce is not thick enough add a small can of tomatoe paste to thicken.
  5. Use a large roaster pan and put a layer of sauce on the bottom. Put a layer of oven ready noodles on top.
  6. Put another layer of sauce over the first layer of noodles. Then add tablespoons full blops of cottage cheese all over the sauce layer. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese all over. Add 4 cups of mozzerella cheese all over (I like it cheesy).
  7. Continue the layer process as stated above. Cover and bake for 45 minutes on 375°F. Then uncover and bake for 15 minutes more. Let sit for 10 min, serve with garlic bread and enjoy!
