Aub ke bare patrlay main chawal ke hisab sy 4 guna pani zada dal kar pani boil kar lein
Jab pani main ache sy boil a jaye tu 2 tbsp oil, aur salt add krein chawal ke hisab sy, 1/2 tsp biryani essence bhi dal dein phir rice dalein
Ek kani chor kar chawal boil kar lein aur chan kar rakh lein
1/2 cup yogurt main zarde ka rang mix kar ke side kar dein
Aub ek khole moh ka bara patela lein us main ready chicken ko pehla kar dal dein oper sy hara dhanya, podena add krein
