  12. Repeat steps 9 & 10 using browned sausage instead of meatballs in 1st layer.
  13. Add 3rd layer noodles slightly overlapped
  14. Cover with thin layer sauce
  15. Cover whole top with Mozzarella
  16. Bake covered with foil 45 min at 350°F uncover and cook to brown top another 10 minutes
  17. IMPORTANT for full flavor to set in let rest at room temperature 2 hrs.
