  3. NB: this is not like regular cheese, it doesnt melt so to know when it is ready, just break it, it should not be too rubbery and should not flake when breaking it

Tandoori Paneer Tikka is made from chunks of Paneer which are marinated in yogurt and spices. Additionally diced onions, tomatoes and capsicum are also marinated along with. Paneer Tikka is so quick and tasty, it makes a delicious dinner cooked in the oven, under the grill or even on the barbecue. What's better than a cheese based main course?
