3. In a large bowl stir together the flour, xanthan gum and walnuts - In another bowl whisk together the natural yoghurt, egg and lemon juice - Pour this and the honey mixture into the dry ingredients
4. Mix until well combined - Spoon into a greased or lined 12 hole muffin tin
5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes - Allow to cool before serving
