  3. When corn is done in oven take out to cool a little and then cut kernels off with a knife and add to bowl
  4. Fry slices of halloumi until golden. Then cut into bite sized pieces and add to salad, then serve!

Serve salad as is, spooned over crusty bread, or with toasted pita wedges as a dip. Drain beans and rinse under cold water. Toss beans, parsley, and mint with reserved vinaigrette to combine. To serve, divide bean salad and cheese among four plates, and season with pepper to taste. Whisk together lime juice and zest in a large heatproof bowl.
