  1. In a Lg. Pot Make Macaroni According to Pkg. Directions.
  2. In a Skillet, over medium-heat; Brown ground chuck until done; drain off excess fat.
  3. Add Onion, bell pepper, and Garlic to Meat and cook an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until onion is translucent.
  4. Reduce heat; Add Macaroni to meat mixture and blend together; then add tomatoes to mixture and stir; simmer for about 7 to 10 minutes.
  5. Remove, let stand for 5 minutes and serve.

Dice onions and garlic and place in the skillet with the cooked meat. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Fry hamburger, pepper, and onion in large skillet. Drain fat if needed (if you're not sure, you can also only cook the macaroni part way so that while simmering the uncooked pasta will soak up excess moisture when added to the mixture).
