  3. Once It has cooled down partially, add all-purpose flour, salt and pepper, and knead a soft dough(crackfree).
  4. Take small portion of a dough between two plastic sheets and roll it into a thin tortilla. - Tip- Apply some oil on plastic sheets before you start rolling. - Tip- Use papad maker, if available.
  5. Then, cut it into triangular pieces, apply little oil and bake them at 180 C until crisp.
  6. Serve it with cheese sauce, salsa and sour cream.
