Instructions to make Front Street Taq-HEAT-os:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. For the chicken: mix first four ingredients in a small bowl. Place chicken in a baking dish and cover with 1 tsp. olive oil. Pour spices over chicken. Cover with lid and place in oven. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked.
  3. Remove chicken from oven and let cool. When chicken is cool enough to touch, shred into pieces.

  6. Heat tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds, or until warm and pliable.
  7. To assemble, spoon approximately 2 tsbp. of mixture onto bottom 2/3 of tortilla. Roll tightly and place, seam side down, on baking sheet.
  8. Brush taq-HEAT-os with olive oil, place in oven and cook 12-15 minutes, or until edges of taq-HEAT-os are browned and crispy.
  9. Serve with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, etc.
