  2. If using fresh bacon cook to crispy, crumble and add to avocado
  3. Mince garlic cilantro and onion, add to avocado mixture
  4. Add dry bleu cheese to mixture; Blend all ingredients. Squeeze fresh lime over guacamole and salt to taste
  5. Enjoy with tortilla chips or use as a topper to meat or fish, or any other creation you can come up with

I didn't have any chicken pieces so I used frozen meatballs. The meatballs went great with the cheese and helped distill some of the bitterness of the bleu cheese. If I make alfredo again will probably leave out the bleu cheese. Red Robin is KING of delicious burgers and my husband always orders their Black and Bleu burger. It tends to be a little messy with the garlic aioli, bleu cheese crumbles, and sautéed mushrooms and onions - but the flavors come together for burger perfection.
