  13. Cut the cake base in 2/3 layers
  14. Put some whip cream on cake board and put the first layer over it on the board
  15. Apply some sugar syrup and then whip cream and put the second layer and similarly do it for all the layers.
  16. Now smoothen the cake with the help of whip cream
  17. With the help of zig zag cutter make design on the side of the cake.
  18. Make some cake crumb with the leftover upper layer of the cake.
  19. Make star design with the help of star nozzle on the top edge of the cake and put the cake crumb in the middle section of the cake. Red velvet cake is ready to be served.
