  5. Prepare 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  6. Make ready 2 green chillies
  7. Get 1 tsp garam masala powder
  8. Take As required All Spices including Salt
  9. Take as needed Oil

Soyabean granules or chunks are primary ingredient in this biryani recipe. You can cook in dum cooking method also but I have cooked in normal pressure cooking mode. Sspread the entire masala mixture over it and top it with rest of the rice and soybean mixture. Put one layer of rice and over it put the soya bean gravy.

Instructions to make Soyabean Biryani:

  1. Firstly boil the Soyabeans Chunks for few minutes with some salt and put it in a bowl, squeeze the water from it and keep aside.In a Big kadhai put Oil (2/3tbsp), when heating put whole garam masala, chopped onions,fry till it turns golden brown add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chillies.
  2. Now add squeezed, Soya Chunks and fry it for few minutes then add tomato puree and all Spices, now put soaked Rice and stir it,put Salt as needed, water as needed and cover the kadhai for at least 10-15 minutes till it's done.
  3. Now put little garam masala powder and kesuri methi and granish with corrriander leaves and serve with chanadal Sabzi and Gobhi aloo Sabzi and Curd, yummy in taste.

Now sprinkle the coriander leaves and the mint leaves. Sprinkle some garam masala and add small chunks of butter over it. Repeat the process to form layers. Soya chunks biryani or meal maker biryani is one of the protein enriched easy biryani that one can make. It can be served without any side dish, however a simple onion raita or a mint raita also goes well with this.
