  5. Put washed pak choy on tin foil in layers and steam for about 5 minutes until cooked. Don't over cook as will go mushy.
  6. Put pak choy on a plate, fluff quinoa with a fork the place over pak choy. Put chicken on top & add more BBQ sauce.
  7. enjoy. I got mine down to 466 calories. You can put rest of BBQ in bottle in fridge should last a while.
