- Pour the lemon syrup into the egg mix and stir, then cover and put into the fridge to cool. About 30 minutes
- When chilled turn the ice cream maker on paddles turning pour the mixture in and leave to run for the 60 minutes. If it's right consistany serve or put into freezeable container & freeze. If not run again until you get the right consistany.
