Making of chicken :First add 1tbsp of salt and ½ tbsp. of orange food color in chicken an marinate for 15 min,then deep fry the chicken and keep it aside, take a pan heat the oil and fry 2 large onion till it turn golden brown add 100g of ginger garlic paste,salt,mircha powder,meetha attar, curd,and cook the masala till oil separate than add the fried chicken and garam masala cook for 15 min. your chicken is ready.
  4. Boil water add whole garam masala, salt than add rice cook 70%of rice and drain the water - The in a handhi in first layer add the cook potato, add half of cooked rice, add saffron milk and garam masala then in second layer add all the cooked chicken and the remaining cooked rice,boiled egg and add saffron milk, ghee 4 tbsp. and cover the lid and cooked in low flame for 20 min. - YOUR BIRYANI IS READY
